With every diva style comes a diva budget and sometimes, we can't afford to spend hundred's of dollars like celebrities do for their favorite accessories. This shouldn't mean that we can't look as good (if not better). We believe $5 dollars is a great price for hot fashion accessories and we work to bring you the latest fashions for that price always!
Quality
Just because it's $5, doesn't mean it's cheap! All of our products have been inspected for quality and we know they will perform to their standard. We won't ever list a product on this website that doesn't meet your expectations, simply because we don't purchase products that don't meet OUR expectations. You are receiving the same items that are sold throughout many New York City retail outlets, for a reasonable price (we still have to make our cut girls! you understand!). Quality is guaranteed, always!
Satisfaction
We really don't like to hear from dissatisfied clients. It can be a very uneasy experience for us. This is why we work to bring new products to you, as quick as we can. We know you don't want to see the same old stuff every time that you visit, so we make it a priority to bring new products out at least every two weeks. We also work to get your products in your hands as quickly as possible, which is why starting next month, we are opening our own 5Glam.com office to handle your orders. No more 17 day waiting periods! You'll receive your product in 5 to 7 days! And remember, shipping is always $1 or FREE with purchases over $30!
