Many products are distributed through Voluminous Vixen to NYC businesses, however we have a volume quota for our storage factory. Whenever they have an overflow of items, we add the products to our website bringing them to you for a super low price of $5. We even offer you free shipping on orders over $30.
Why do the products take 5 to 17 days to arrive?
Our distribution center also handles large orders for Voluminous Vixen clients. We usually compile all the transactions, every 3 to 5 days. We mail your package using USPS standard mail, which may add to the shipping time. You will receive your order 5 to 17 days, from the date of payment. For Canadian residents, please expect your products in 2 to 3 weeks. We are working to establish an office that will handle the website orders in particular. This should lessen the waiting time!
What is the Shipping Charge?
Orders that are $15 and below, qualify for $1 Shipping to anywhere in the US.
Orders that are $30 and up, receive Free Shipping always.
Any other orders will be charged standard $5 shipping charge.
International Order to Canada are charged at $8.
What I wanted is gone already! How often do you get new products?
Our products are really popular and will usually sell out within the first week even though we time everything for two to three weeks. We actually get the products far in advance of when we receive them, however we would not be able to handle the volume of transactions if we put everything up at the same time. We sell each bundle of particular product until it's gone. Don't worry though, most of the products come back pretty soon, usually within two months. We are currently working on getting new products up on the website quicker by setting up an office for this division of our company. This office will handle the products.
Why are there No Returns or Exchanges?
We work to bring you the hottest fashion accessories for a great price of $5. Many of these items are overflow items, so once they are sold out - we cannot add them back to the inventory.
